Apache Joe's opened its doors with a simple idea: build the kind of bar the neighborhood actually wants to live in. No pretense. No tourist-trap markups. Just a long wooden bar, a kitchen that never sleeps, and a crew that remembers your name and your usual.

Years later, we're still doing the same thing — except now we've got regulars who've been showing up since week one, cab drivers who swing through at 4am, post-shift nurses unwinding with a beer, and a steady stream of friends who just couldn't find anywhere else that felt right.

We grill our burgers to order. We pour generous. We keep the lights warm and the music at conversation level. And we're open every single hour of every single day, because Vegas doesn't sleep, and neither does Joe's.
